Present at the Pisa Food and Wine event
This year, the ‘Terre di Pisa Food&Wine Festival’ celebrates its 9th edition with a new format and a new location, but in the spirit of continuity: to offer and taste products and recipes from the finest gastronomic tradition of the ‘Terre di Pisa,’ with a focus on health and food safety, echoing an ancient message, that of the famous ancient Greek physician, Hippocrates of Cos: ‘Let food be thy medicine.’
Agriturismo Lischeto and the Consortium for the Protection of Pecorino delle Balze Volterrane will be present with a tasting and the sale of their products.
We look forward to welcoming you from 5:00 PM on Friday, October 15th, until the evening closing on Sunday, October 17th, at Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. The event is continuously animated by the exhibition of products from the Terre di Pisa, presentations of local excellences, themed evenings and menus, and entertainment for the little ones, for whom we contribute with a dinner and a workshop
