Description

This cheese was has been created specifically for the kids nutrition, on request of local school canteens. Cow milk caciotta is fresh and sweet with a simple flavour and this is why kids love it.

The curd is cut to obtain the size of a nut. We let the caciotta rest in the dryer for 4 hours and then we manually salt it.

Our caciotta is a light cheese and great as a snack for kids and adults at any time of the day.

Enjoy it just by itself or with fresh fruit like pears and grapes. You can pair it with salads and appetizers as well with soft white wines.

Raw and organic whole cow milk, our selection of cow lactic ferments, animal rennet and salt.
