moulds and thus safeguard the healthiness of the product. Its maturation and organoleptic complexity makes it great as an appetizer paired with vegetables and full-body white wines.
The creamy texture and its sweet taste but still with intense aromas, makes the pecorino “Volterran Red” excellent on the grill.
